Tow-Pro Electric Brake Controllers
With proportional mode inertia sensing for highway commutes, you can ensure your electric trailer brake controller will initiate safe, controlled braking when the time arises. The REDARC Tow-Pro™ Electric Brake Controllers are designed to suit most common trailer braking applications. Our sleek innovative designs also require minimal dash space and are simple to install and operate.
The award-winning REDARC Tow-Pro™ Elite is the first of its kind to offer two types of braking in the one unit. The Tow-Pro Elite electric brake controller uses both proportional and user-controlled mode and features Active Calibration.
Additionally, the REDARC Tow-Pro™ Classic Electric Brake Controller offers a single user-controlled mode of trailer braking. Simply adjust the required force your towed vehicle requires with the turn of a control knob whenever needed.

Smooth braking capability
Continual software upgrades have been included in the Tow-Pro Elite which result in smoother braking for motorists towing the widest range of caravans, trailers, boat trailers and horse floats.
Compatible with all modern vehicles
When used with the recommended REDARC wiring kits, the Tow-Pro Elite ensures compatibility with all new vehicle technology and features Active Calibration. It works in 12V vehicles with Electric or Electric/Hydraulic trailer brakes and it works in 24V vehicles with electric brakes without the need for any additional adaptors.
For Electric/Hydraulic brakes behind 24V vehicles, it requires the EB24A adaptor. When installed as per instructions It ensures an ADR approved installation. It has also been approved by AL-KO for use with their ESC and by Dexter with their DSC systems.
Easy to install brake controller
The Tow-Pro Elite V3 features a reduction to the size and installation of the user interface (remote head). A change to the shape, length, size and depth of the remote head will allow a quicker and easier installation of the Tow-Pro Elite. It also ensures the remote head will fit into thicker and curved dashes found in modern vehicles and trucks.
Vehicle specific installation accessories
Using the recommended wiring kits, the Tow-Pro Elite is designed to work with all modern vehicles. Selected TPSI switch inserts for many popular vehicles make for a very neat quick installation, giving a “factory” look to the user interface (a single control knob).
REDARC’s range of vehicle specific wiring kits offer quick and easy installation into a host of vehicle makes and models, including the TPWKIT-012 specifically required for Ford Ranger/Everest range as well as the universal TPWKIT-013 and TPWKIT-014 wiring kits, suitable for most other vehicles.
For the installer who prefers to use their own wires, we strongly recommend including the EPDK-001 protection device blocking module for any modern vehicle with CAN Bus communications or even just cruise control.
